Nathan Etu
Geospatial Advisor
Nathan Etu is the owner of Precision GIS & Drone Works, providing strategic mapping expertise to clients in a variety of industries around the United States as well as aerial imagery services throughout New York’s Capital Region and the Adirondacks. Nathan holds an MS in Urban Planning and an MBA, and is a licensed real estate salesperson and FAA-certified drone pilot. He also is an elected member of the Warren County (N.Y.) Board of Supervisors.
He began his GIS career while an undergraduate student in Texas and continued developing different mapping specialties as a Geographer with the Dallas and Detroit Regional Offices of the U.S. Census Bureau in the years leading to the 2010 Census. In 2013, Nathan joined the Revitalizing Auto Communities Environmental Response (RACER) Trust, the largest environmental remediation and redevelopment trust in U.S. history. The Trust is charged with both cleaning up and positioning for new development the real estate assets abandoned by the former General Motors Corporation as a result of its 2009 bankruptcy. As a member of its management team, he implements GIS, title, marketing, real property tax, and AI strategies.
