Upstate New York Highway Contractor Raises Nearly $14K for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

Over the past 130 years, Callanan Industries has built and maintained some of the most heavily traveled roads and bridges in Upstate New York. On Sunday, Sept. 18, the Callanan team hit the road themselves in support of the Upstate New York/Vermont chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Inspired by a co-worker’s battle with lymphoma, Callanan and its employees hosted a community charity ride for classic cars, hot rodsand motorcycles that raised nearly $14,000. The ride covered a 49-mile route across New York’s Capital Region.
