A change in New York State ballot layouts put propositions such as budget measures on the back, where they’re easily overlooked. Crandall Public Library couldn’t afford such an oversight, and alerted local voters with this comprehensive, easy-to-follow flyer that was mailed to every resident in Queensbury, Glens Falls and Moreau.
